Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with history of intermittent pain in TMJ region for more than 3 months. 2. Subjects of age group 20-40 years. 3. Subjects with maximal mouth opening less than 40 mm and lateral deviation more than 12.5 mm. 4. Subjects with clicking, deviation of mandible on either side, locking of jaw while opening and closing of mouth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with history of any tumors, trauma, acute inflammation to TMJ or cervical region. 2. Subjects with a history of smoking, tobacco consumption and drug consumption. - Subjects who have undergone any orofacial surgery, dental treatments in last 3 months. 3. Subjects with diagnosis of any other current dental or ENT disorders by professionals specialized in respective fields. 4. Subjects with referred pain to TMJ region.
