Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The first study to decode genome-wide HPV integrations and associated host DNA changes at nucleotide resolution in cervical cancer among Indian women. Integrating this with gene expression provides insights into HPV-induced changes in host gene expression and immune cell infiltration in early vs. late-onset cases. The findings may help identify potential biomarkers for improved clinical management, therapies, and early detection.Timepoint: Baseline Pretreatment Samples | — |
