Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I-III patients of either sex with age more than 15 years undergoing elective ankle and foot surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient’s refusal 2. Local Site infection and known anatomical variation 3. Bleeding disorders or coagulopathy 4. Hypersensitivity to any drug used in the study 5. Pregnant and lactating women 6. Severe systemic illness or unstable medical condition 7. Concurrent medications that could interact with local anaesthetics 8. Uncontrolled psychiatric illness
