Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients age more than 18yrs 2. Patients of either gender 3. Patient admitted in Psychiatric ward 4. Patients who are on Psychotropic medications 5. Patients who will give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Age below 18yrs of age ?Patient suffering from any neurological /movement disorder. ?Patients Who will not giving informed consent
