Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults of both the genders. 2.Patients affected with Chronic Periodontitis as per (AAP Classification 2017) with Probing depth to 4mm and 7mm. 3.Radiograph evidence of bone loss (horizontal/vertical). 4.No usage of antibiotics in the preceding 1 month of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to Chlorhexidine digluconate 2.Smokers and tobacco chewers 3.Severe generalised periodontal disease.
