Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adults aged 20-59 in the chosen intervention/control villages will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals below 20 and above 60 years of age. Individuals with cognitive impairment.
