Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligible participants are adult (aged 18 years and above) residents who have resided in the study area (selected four wards) for the past year and plan to continue residing for at least one more year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: FLHW, MAS and SHG members, local leaders and volunteers and school teachers, who were part of the training, will be excluded. Pregnant women will also be excluded as MDA is not given to them.
