Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All women aged 30-59 in the randomly selected villages in the intervention block will be included for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Women screened for cervical cancer with PAP/HPV in the last five years. 2. Diagnosed and treated for cervical precancer and cancer previously. 3. Pregnant women.

Assess the feasibility and acceptability of the intervention among healthcare workers and community members. Identify barriers and facilitators to effective implementation of the intervention Evaluate the costing of the intervention. Assessment of system readiness and capacity to sustain and scale up the intervention. Timepoint: Intervention period - 12 months Post-intervention assessment 6 months
