Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex between 18 to 45 years with symptoms of Katishoola (Lumbago). Having chronicity of Katishoola less than 10 years. Fit for Virechana Karma and Kala Basti. Willing to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from uncontrolled systemic disorders as diabetic or diabetic neuropathy, gout, rheumatoid arthritis and fracture of hip. Pregnant and lactating women. Recent cervical, spinal, shoulder surgery or implanted instrumentation or previous surgey for lumbar spondylotic myelopathy.
