Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age group between 18-60 years sthula & khara pidika nirama avastha of netra anjana yogya colour yellowish white of concretion. concretion due to computer vision syndrome concretion due to Dry Eye Syndrome sthula and khara pidikas are present in single eye not more then 6 pidikas

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age less than 18 years and more than 60 years. More than 6 sthula & khara pidikas are present contraindicated for anjana sama avastha of netra , ghana pichchila srava , ati kandu, swayathu, mlana netra bleeding disorders patient on anti-coagulant chronic debilitating diseases like liver disorders, renal disorders, carcinoma, hiv, etc. chalazion herpes zoster any type of ocular injury e.g., blunt trauma, including chemical injury
