Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 and above who consent to sign the informed consent form. 2. Pulp sensibility testing (Thermal/Electrical Test) indicating a inflammed pulp. 3. Teeth with extensive caries affecting the pulp. 4. Teeth exhibiting Negative/Mild TOP (Tender On Percussion) and normal mobility. 5. Manifestation of pre-operative signs and symptoms of Reversible Pulpitis/Symptomatic Irreversible Pulpitis. 6. Minor periapical pathology or slight widening of PDL observed in radiographic evaluation. 7. The teeth should be suitable for immediate restoration with any permanent filling material.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: o Patients with overall conditions that contraindicate dental procedures. o Teeth that have undergone previous VPT procedures or started root canal treatments. o Teeth accompanied by swelling, abscesses, fistulas, or unusual mobility. o Teeth exhibiting external or internal resorption, significant radiolucency around the apex or furcation, or calcification in the pulp chamber. o Teeth with cracks, periodontal disease, or fractured teeth. o Teeth that do not respond to pulp sensibility tests.
