Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with speech and hearing impairment. Children requiring oral prophylaxis. Children from 6-12 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children whose parents denied their participation. Children having history of other systemic diseases. Children with definetly negative behaviour according to Frankl s behavior rating scale.
