Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: smartphone addicted score (SAS-SV): 26-60 IPAQ Score: 3.3MET- 4MET (Mild-Moderate) MOCA above 25-30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with psychiatric disorders, active substance usage, hearing and visual impairment, neurological conditions, vertigo, cervical taruma, congintial deformity, neck injury
