Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tobacco chewing since 2-3 years Patient having clinical symptoms of OSMF 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with recurrent stomatitis due to nuetritional deficiency Patient diagnosed with oral squamous cell carcinoma

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.The reduction in the gradation of symptoms or complete alleviation in symptoms of OSMF will reveal the efficacy of Panchashireesh Agad churna in OSMF Grade II caused by Tobacco chewing.Timepoint: 28 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Worsening in the OSMF grade II symptoms will be measured as secondary end point.Timepoint: 28 days
