Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with adnexal masses undergoing surgery either laparoscopy or laparotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with Abnormal uterine bleeding Women with fibroids Women with malignancies like carcinoma cevix and carcinoma endometrium Haemodynamically instable patients Cardiac failure, Liver failure
