Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult Down syndrome (above 18 year of age) 2) Participant who can follow simple verbal instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe cognitive impairment, severe vision and/or hearing impairment 2) Patients with a recent history of cardiopulmonary surgery. 3) Patients with a recent history of musculoskeletal injury or surgery that would hamper participation in the study.
