Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having classical symptoms of janusandhigatvata. 2.Patients in the age group of 40-70 years. 3. Patients who are fit for basti. 4.Patients willing to give consent for research work.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age group below 40 years and above 70 years. 2. Patients having local rectal injury or any major illness. 3. Patients not willing to give consent for the research purpose.
