Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals between the age of 18-30 years. Those experiencing mild to moderate stress as per PSS scoring. Individuals willing to participate in stress management practices.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under any medications or other interventions for stress or digestive disorders. Individuals with diagnosed gastrointestinal conditions like active peptic ulcer, severe GERD, or inflammatory bowel disease.
