Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient having sing and symptoms of Karnabadhirya with special reference to Sensori Neural Hearing loss as explained in classics and modern texts. 2)20db to 60db hearing loss patient 3) Patient have not taking any other medications for Deafness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Greater than 80db hearing loss patient. 2) Patient with psychiatric disorder. 3) Acoustic Trauma 4) Internal ear infection. 5) Conductive and mixed hearing loss. 6) Senile Deafness. 7) Congenital hearing Loss. 8) Patient having perforated tympanic membrane.
