Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from primary dysmenorrhea Both married and unmarried women age group between 15-35 years Patients suffering for more than 3 consecutive cycle Patients with regular menstrual cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having secondary dysmenorrhea Patient with abnormal uterine bleeding Patient with dysfunctional uterine bleeding Patient with any systemic illness Structural pelvic pathology Patient with IUCD, Pelvic organ infection, uterine polyps, endometriosis,fibroid uterus. Congenital anomalies of female reproductive system Lactating mother
