Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient age group ranging from 18 to 65 years Body mass index greater than 30 kilogram per metersquare and less than 40 kilogram per metersquare Waist circumference 102 centimeter for male and greater than or equal to 88 centimeter for female Waist Hip ratio 1 for male

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having BMI greater than 40 Paient with IDDM and Hypertension Patient with severe cardiac and endocrine disease
