Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of age between 18-60 years. 2.Patients irrespective of gender. 3.Clinically diagnosed patients of melasma of both epidermal and dermal types. 4.Patients who willingly provide written informed consent and are capable of attending follow up appointments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women. 2.Patients on OCP s and hormonal IUDs. 3.Known cases of malignancies, systemic illnesses like cardiovascular disorders, chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease and thyroid disease 4.Patients who refuse to give the written consent for the study and unwillingness to come for regular follow up as described in the study plan. 5.Subjects with local inflammatory skin disorders and active herpes infection
