Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: Patients of either gender between age 20 -70 yrs. Internal haemorrhoids (Grade 1st-3rd) with complaints of Bleeding per anum, prolapse of pile mass Patients with classical symptoms of Abhyantar Arsha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If patients have uncontrolled DM, HTN, COPD, Thyroid function Patients suffering from Crohn s disease, UC, IBD, perianal abscess Patients with Inflamed and thrombosed pile mass Patients with previous surgical/Para surgical intervention for same complaints within 6 months Patient with positive viral markers Patient with known allergy to Polidocanol Pregnant and lactating women
