MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome of this study will be the comprehensive physiological, psychological, cognitive, and sleep profiles of male calisthenics practitioners, assessed through a combination of non-invasive and invasive methodologies, focusing on key parameters such as cardiorespiratory fitness, neuromuscular function, metabolic markers, psychological well-being, cognitive performance, and sleep quality.Timepoint: at baseline

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the physiological parameters among male calisthenics practitioners across various skill levels & to profile & compare the physiological parameters of female calisthenics practitioners during the proliferative phase of their menstrual cycle.Timepoint: at baseline
