Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: SARC-F, BBS, dynamometer, MEMS, SarQOL, 1RM Be willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under any cognitive impairments or psychological conditions Any metabolic disorders- Diabetes Myelitis, etc. Any neuromusculoskeletal disorders- Parkinson s disease, Alzheimer s disease, etc.
