Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. TBI unconscious patients with stable hemodynamic 2. 72 hours after TBI 3. GCS =3-8

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Medically unstable patients 2. Patients on Ventilator 3. Patients suffering from blindness, delusional disorders, seizures, brain stem trauma, spinal cord injury and brain death 4. Paediatric and Medical comatose patients
