Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient presenting with classical sign and symptoms of Arochaka. 2.Patient within the age group of 18 to 60 years irrespective of their Gender,caste and religion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years. 2.Patients having a major illness like cardiac diseases, High blood pressure, diabetes mellitus and other systemic disorders were excluded. 3.Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 4.Patient suffering from any end stage disease or other disease that required emergency medication. 5.Anorexia due to Chitviparyay (Psychological causes)
