Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed cases of 0-70 year Age Group Both Genders(Male & Female) will be considerd Inclusive of all cast,religions and socio economic conditions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with other systemic illness or serious pathological conditions. Imunnocompromised Patient and irreversible condition.. The cases who require emergency medical intervention. Pregnant & Lactating women.
