Inclusion criteria: The study inclusion criteria includes civil police personnel with a minimum of three years experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria of the study excludes - Excludes individuals whose primary roles are administrative or managerial within the police organization - Excludes individuals who are not actively engaged in civil law enforcement duties.
