Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 21-40 year old females, ASA Grade 2, undergoing elective or category 3/4 cesarean section giving consent to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant females with coexisting co morbidity 2.Patients refusal to participate or not giving consent 3.Contraindication of spinal anaesthesia or any deviation in anaesthesia protocol 4.Pregnant females weighing less than 50kg and more than 100kg 5.Pregnant females with height less than 140cm and more than 160cm

1.Incidence of maternal hypotension (more than 20% fall in BP) 2.Number of vadopressordrug rescue boluses needed to treat hypotensionTimepoint: every minute for first 10 minutes and every 3 minutes there after till completion of surgical procedure
