Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Means levels of Leptin and Adiponectin in children with DOWN syndrome Mean levels of Superoxide dismutase in children with Down syndrome. Association between the levels of these markers including lipid profile with BMI and hepatic steatosis as estimated with shear wave elastogaphy.Timepoint: Means levels of Leptin and Adiponectin in children with DOWN syndrome at first visit or day 1 Mean levels of Superoxide dismutase in children with Down syndrome on first visit Association between the levels of these markers including lipid profile with BMI and hepatic steatosis as estimated with shear wave elastogaphy on first visit .
