Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia in supine position. 2.American Society of Anaesthesiologists( ASA) 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusal BMI more than 30kg/m2 Patients with history of previous neck surgery / trauma/radiation Patients with neck swellings Patients with abnormal cardiac rhythm Baseline systolic blood presure less than 90mmhg
