Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients age ranging from 18 to 60 years. 2 The patients having complaints of I and II degree haemorrhoids will be taken for the study after screening. 3 Patients willing to undergo trial and ready to give informed and written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients below the age of 18 years and above 60. 2 III & IV degree internal pile. 3 Pregnancy 4 Congenital deformity 5 Carcinoma 6 Tuberculosis 7 Heart disease 8 Rectal prolapsed 9 Patients contraindicated for Kshara Karma 10 Patients suffering from systemic diseases HIV, ulcerative colitis, crohns disease, cirrhosis of liver, diabetes mellitus and CA of rectum will be excluded from my study. 11 External thrombosed pile mass 12 The associated condition like Fistula-in-ano,will be excluded.
