Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. participants between age group of 20 -40 years experiencing radiating pain less than 3 months 2. Meet criteria for cervical radiculopathy diagnosis on a clinical prediction rule by demonstrating positive responses of the following clinical tests: Spurling s Test, Upper Limb tension tests (ULTT) for median radial and ulnar nerve, Cervical Distraction Test 3. Complains of neck or periscapular pain in addition to radicular pain, paraesthesia or numbness in the upper limb; aggravated by neck posture or movement 4. Symptom duration must be within three months 5. Both genders will be included. 6. Patient who will give informed consent & will be able to attend SGT hospital for treatment & assessment. 7. Patient with unilateral Upper limb symptoms 8. Patient with bilateral upper limb symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with evidence of CNS involvement, vertebrobasilar syndrome, Dizziness, Circulatory disturbance in upper limb. 2 Traumatic injuries to upper limb and cervical spine, Patient undergone cervical surgeries. 3 known history of high-level spinal cord injury, malignancy & Central pain syndrome (e.g., Fibromyalgia) 4 Subjects diagnosed with any severe cardiovascular conditions 5 Any recent major surgeries 6 Severe deformities of the limbs 7 Any mental conditions 8 Unwillingness to continue the exercise sessions
