Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient of age between 18-60 years irrespective of gender. 2. Patient who will be diagnosed suffering with symptoms of Parikartika (Fissure in Ano) as like Excruciating pain (Kartanvat vedana) in anal region during and after defaecation, bleeding per anum, constipation, burning sensation, longitudinal ulcer. 3. Acute solitary fissure will be included. 4. Fissure in ano without sentinel piles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient below age of 18 and more than 60 years. 2. fissure associated with ano-rectal abscess . 3.fissure associated with fistula in ano 4. fissure in ano associated with tuberculosis , anal malignancy . 5. immunological disease like crohns disease , ulcerative colotis , 6. STDs, HIV, HBsAG , Hepatitis 7. uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, and hypertension 8. pregnant women
