Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants irrespective of gender, caste, religion and occupation. 2. Participants willing and able to participate in study. 3. Apparently healthy participants assessed by HS-19 scale (Vd. Kavita Vyas et al.) 4.Participants will be deemed healthy if they achieve scores between 75% to 100% across all 2 or 3 levels, as measured by the HS-19 scale (Vd. Kavita Vyas et al.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with the psychological disorder and under any psychiatric treatment. 2. Participants with the severe illness such as Heart disease, S.T.D., Tuberculosis, HTN, DM, Pregnant & lactating women etc.
