Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married female of age group as above mentioned, Patients diagnosed with Morphological Uterus Sonographic Assessment criteria and presence of any one clinical feature i.e. either Abnormal uterine bleeding, dysmenorrhea and dyspareunia, Patients who are Yogya for Matra Basti, Patients willing to participate in trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unmarried female,Acute inflammatory diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, blood coagulopathies, Suffering from chronic systemic diseases like, uncontrolled hypertension (Systolic Blood pressure above 160 & Diastolic blood pressure above 100mmhg), uncontrolled diabetes (above the range of 160-200 mg/dl (RBS), Patients Ayogya (contraindicated) and not willing to participate in trial.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in PBAC score. Improvement in VAS score of dysmenorrhea. Improvement in VAS Score in dyspareunia Timepoint: 12 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in the adenomyotic changes into the uterus by TVS. Improvement in working ability and Marinoff Dyspareunia Scale. Timepoint: 3 months
