Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suffering from prehypertension (up to 120-139/80-89 mmHg)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from hypertension.(Above 140/90mmHg) Breastfeeding, pregnancy. Hepatic and renal inadequacy hypertension. Below 31 years and above 50 years.
