Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parents with minimum 2 hours of Screen Time Screen time while using mobile, laptop, computer, TV, ablet and Ipad.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Screen time of parents during working hours at office and work from home. Parents more than 40 years.
