Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with distant vision less than or equal to 6/9 with symptoms like Bhramativa Darshana (objects seems to be moving), Aavila Darshana (blur vision),Vyavidha Darshana (metamorphopsia) will be taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.retinal diseases except ARMD dry type. 2.systemic diseases which affect macula like uncontrolled DM,hypertension,HIV,HbsAg diseases, psychiatric disorders 3.cataract patients. 4.Patients contraindicated for Nasya and siravedha. 5.patient with skin diseases.
