Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients suffering from mild (GAGS 1-18) to moderate (GAGS 19-30) papulopustular & comedonal acne vulgaris from last 3months or more. 2) Patients of age between 16 and 35 years. 3) Patients of either sex or transgender. 4) After washed-out period of 1month, patients who had taken any treatment for acne vulgaris. 5) Literate patients willing to take part in the study and ready to give written consent for the same
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients having severe (GAGS =31) acne vulgaris. 2) Illiterate patients and/or patients not giving written informed assent and/or consent to participate. 3) Vulnerable population?unconscious, non-ambulatory, too sick for consultation, differently abled, terminally or critically ill patients, mentally incompetent people. 4) Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure. 5) Pregnant, lactating mothers. 6) Patients using oil-based cosmetics for 3months. 7) Substance abuse and/or dependence. 8) Self-reported immune-compromised state. 9) Undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease.
