Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient exhibiting insomnia as assessed by the DSM-V Diagnostic criteria for insomnia. Patient of either gender between 18-60 years of age. Insomnia severity index more than equal to 8. willingness to participate in the study and able to sign informed consent. Patient having history of Insomnia more than equal to 3 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of psychiatric disorders and Presence of neurological disorders. Night shift worker. Any significant, severe or unstable, acute or chronically progressive medical or surgical condition. Serious head injury or stroke in the past. History of alcohol.
