Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with sign and symptoms of oral Squamous cell carcinoma like mouth ulceration sore tongue Trismus jaw or facial swelling pain in oral cavity 2 patient diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma after histopathological report & being submitted for radiotherapy or chemotherapy or both 3 controlled cases of hypertension diabetes mellitus 4 TNM criteria T1-T3 N1-N3 M0

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Metastasis T4M1 STAGE 2 Patients suffering from severe systemic disorders and diseases like HIV HbsAg STD TB etc 3 Uncontrolled DM Hypertension serious cardiac renal diseases hyperthyroidism
