Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who required infiltration anesthesia in at least two quadrants, Who had never experienced dental injection Healthy and cooperative (Frankl behaviour III and IV) Children aged 6 11 yrs Ethical approval was taken from the ethical committee Written informed consent was obtained from the parents
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Un-cooperative children Patients -emergency treatment Previous painful dental experience Medically compromised H/o systemic mental or physical disorders Allergic reactions - lidocaine
