Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Vishwachi(Cervical Spondylosis with Radiculopathy) 2. Patients with Positive physical signs/special test of Cervical Spondylosis With Radiculopathy 3. Patients Who are Voluntarily willing to sign informed consent form 4. Patients indicated for Nasya karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having pot s spine, ankylosing spondylosis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gouty arthritis. 2. Pregnancy 3. Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus 4. Post-surgical conditions of cervical spine. 5. Patients contraindicated for Nasya karma

1.Improvement in the clinical signs & symptoms of Vishwachi 2. Reduction in the Pain is assessed by using VAS scale 3. Improvement in Objective parameters is assessed by Spurling s test Timepoint: 0th day - Before treatment 8th day - after treatment follow up- 15th day
