Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Regular tobacco chewing since last 1-2 years 2.Mukhapaka w.s.r. to OSMF Grade I manifestations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with recurrent stomatitis caused due to nutritional deficiency or other etiological factors (hetus) causing mukhapaka. 2.Patients diagnosed with oral squamous cell carcinoma of any Grade caused due to tobacco chewing. 3.Mukhapka patient those are immune-compromised or found positive for any communicable or infectious disease. 4.Patients currently participating in other clinical trials.

The reduction in the gradation of OSMF Grade I symptoms or the complete alleviation in symptoms reveals the effect of Saptaparana churna pratisarana in Mukhapaka( w.s.r OSMF Grade I) caused by Tobacco chewing.Timepoint: Base Line, 7th day, 14th day.	—
