Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective Adult Cardiothoracic surgeries such as Open Heart (Valvular),Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Esophageal stricture,Esophageal tumor,Active Upper GI Bleed. Patients with restricted mouth opening or severe limitation in neck extension. Patients with carotid artery diseases(In view of Plaque embolization during reverse Sellicks manuever)
