Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients between the age group of 18-40 years. 2.Patients with lakshanas of Asrigdara 3.History of excessive bleeding for at least two cycles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants who are not willing for trial. 2.Structural abnormalities involvement in uterus. 3.Uterine polyp, fibroid uterus, Adenomyosis of the uterus. 4.Coagulation disorders like Haemophilia, Leukaemia, sickle cell anaemia. 5.Systemic diseases like Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, epileptic disorders 6.Women using Intra Uterine contraceptive Devices or oral contraceptive pills.

1.Decrease in Amount of bleeding as assessed by PBAC SCORING (Pictorial Blood Assessment Chart) 2.Decrease in Duration of bleeding as assessed by PBAC SCORING (Pictorial Blood Assessment Chart) 3.Reduction in pain assessed through Gradings 4.Decrease in clots as assessed by PBAC SCORING (Pictorial Blood Assessment Chart)Timepoint: 5th day of menstrual cycle for 2 consecutive menstrual cycles

Improved Quality of life by reducing the amount of bleeding, duration of bleeding, clots and pain during menstruation.Timepoint: 60 days
