Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.critically ill patients 2.Requiring prolonged ventilator Support (more than 48 hrs)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Non Consenting patients 2.Extremes of age(less than 20 years and more than 80 years 3.On ventilator Support less than 48 hours 4.Coagulopathy 5.Abnormal neck anatomy/mass/swelling
