Intervention1: Ropivacaine: After surgical disimpaction socket will be irrigated with 4ml of 0.75 percent ropivacaine for 2 minutes after which it is removed with suction

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with third molar impactions mesioangular, position A and B, class I Disimpactions that are being completed within 15 to 20 minutes Patients of ASA I and ASA II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of allergic reactions to local anaesthetic agent Pregnant (or) lactating women Patients who are not willing to participate in the study Alcoholics Smokers
